In a further effort to bolster the retail sector, the Ministry has facilitated the creation of 300 direct jobs that come with training, made possible through an agreement with a specialized retail academy. This collaboration will be executed alongside the Employment and Training Support Center of the Ministry of Labour.
The announcements were made during a signing ceremony for various cooperation programs involving numerous wholesale and retail enterprises within Oman, which also marked the launch of the "Itqan" program aimed at the industrial sector.

Additionally, the launch of the "Itqan" program coincided with the signing of cooperation agreements with several factories, industrial facilities, and higher education institutions designed to equip Omani youth with essential technical skills and knowledge.
