The projected 36% increase in the population of the Gulf Cooperation Council by the end of 2024 presents significant opportunities for businesses in Oman, particularly in sectors such as healthcare, education, and housing. However, the gender ratio imbalance، مع 169 males for every 100 females, may pose challenges in workforce demographics, necessitating a strategic focus on gender inclusivity to attract talent. Smart investors should consider capitalizing on the rapid demographic growth to innovate and invest in sustainable infrastructure to support this expanding population.
