Second Phase of Military Discipline Program Launched by His Highness Sayyid Theyazin: Implications for Business Operations in Oman
Muscat, July 12 – His Highness Sayyid Thiyazin bin Haitham Al Said, the Minister of Culture, Sport, and Youth, has officially launched the second edition of the Military Discipline Program for school students. This program will take place in Dhofar Governorate من July 13 to August 6 and is organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sport, and Youth, with support from various military and security agencies, as well as other relevant government institutions to achieve its national objectives.
His Highness emphasized that this program continues the national efforts to enhance the skills of youth and channel their energies towards national building. This year, 850 students from various governorates of Oman will participate in a comprehensive training program in Dhofar, focusing on promoting values of citizenship, identity, and self-discipline through a series of cultural, training, and sports activities. This aligns with the goals of رؤية عُمان 2040 to empower Omani youth as a national priority and enhance their active role in development.
He concluded by stating, “The successes achieved in the first edition, which enhanced levels of awareness, discipline, and responsibility among students, provide a strong incentive to continue developing this program into a training model that prepares a generation capable of facing future challenges and contributing to the advancement of our beloved nation.”
The Ministry of Culture, Sport, and Youth reaffirmed its commitment to adopt initiatives that invest in the energies of youth, instilling a spirit of commitment and belonging that supports the path of development and prosperity in the Sultanate of Oman under the wise leadership of His Majesty the Sultan.
