The program aims to equip young professionals with the essential skills, knowledge, and global perspective necessary to enhance their careers. Through Build the Future, OCI empowers graduates to evolve into innovators, engineers, and leaders who can promote the energy transition and drive the digitalization of global communities.
The five-year program presents a unique opportunity for Omani graduates to connect with an elite international network. Participants are employed from the onset, engaging in a structured journey that combines professional development with international exposure. The program kicks off with a one-week induction at the SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Italy, followed by a year-long job rotation in Oman, and concluding with a three-year international assignment in various Prysmian operations around the globe. Ultimately, participants will transition into strategic operational roles.
To date, 18 talented Omanis have participated in Build the Future, acquiring invaluable experience in countries such as Italy, France, Spain, Hungary, the Czech Republic, the UAE, and the USA, before returning to support Oman’s industrial and economic growth.
With a track record of accelerating careers from Buenos Aires ل Eindhoven و Milan ل Vila Velha, the program has seen its alumni advance to senior positions worldwide.
