In Al-Mudhaibi, the villages of “Al-Rawda,” “Al-Wariya,” “Al-Misfah,” “B’ad,” and several in the Samad Al-Shan area, along with parts of the southern villages of the Wilayat, received similar rainfall. الأخيرة heavy rainfall in Oman’s Northern Sharqiyah region signals both opportunities and risks for local businesses. Agricultural sectors could benefit from improved water supply, enhancing crop yields, while those in construction may face delays due to adverse weather. Smart investors should now consider adapting their strategies to leverage the agricultural boom, while also preparing for potential infrastructure challenges that could arise.
