The new regulations to regulate the labor market and standardize the practice of various professional activities came into effect on September 1. The Ministry has also issued a stern warning against the submission of forged vocational classification and licensing certificates, following the discovery of multiple cases of document falsification.
The Ministry will maintain rigorous oversight of training institutes and assessment centers authorized to evaluate and license professions requiring vocational classification. Any licenses or certifications not approved by the Ministry will be deemed invalid.
Individuals or companies found submitting false documents will face legal consequences in accordance with prevailing laws.
