The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has emphasized the necessity of verifying the authenticity of official websites. They clarified that the National Platform for Suggestions, Complaints, and Reports (Tajawob) never requests personal or banking information, nor does it impose any fees or payments under any circumstances. Any solicitation for such information should be regarded as a fraudulent attempt. Communication from Tajawob’s specialized teams is strictly limited to completing information relevant to submitted requests.
