Oman Grants Visa-Free Entry to Armenian Citizens: What This Means for Business and Investment Opportunities
The Sultanate of Oman has warmly welcomed Armenia’s decision to establish a resident embassy in Muscat and to exempt Omani citizens from tourist visa requirements for entry into Armenia.
In response, Oman informed Armenia of its decision to include Armenian citizens on the list of nationals exempt from entry visas to the Sultanate.
These developments were discussed during the 5th round of political consultations held in Yerevan between the two countries. The Omani delegation was led by Sheikh Khalifa Ali al Harthy, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs, while the Armenian delegation was headed by Vahan Kostanyan, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
