Dream Villa Group Launches Al Ahlam District in Sultan Haitham City: Opportunities for Investors and Entrepreneurs in Oman

MUSCAT: Dream Villa Group, in partnership with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, announced the opening of the Al Ahlam District sales center in Sultan Haitham City on Thursday. The event was attended by Dr. Khalfan bin Saeed Al Shueili, the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning.

Al Ahlam District is a premier residential development within the first phase of Sultan Haitham City, comprising 47 exclusive villas set over 33,579 square meters. Each villa features a blend of architectural sophistication and sustainable design, establishing a new standard for luxurious and eco-friendly living.

Qais Al Bahri, CEO of Dream Villa Group, expressed enthusiasm for the project’s launch, stating, "We are honored by the government’s trust and thrilled to introduce Al Ahlam District in alignment with Oman Vision 2040. Our mission is to provide high-quality, sustainable villas that fulfill the needs of diverse families. Representing the Dream Villa team, we aspire to be trusted innovators in lifestyle solutions in Oman, encompassing both residential development and hospitality. We are committed to designing and constructing sustainable living spaces that integrate authentic Omani heritage with modern innovations."

The project showcases a contemporary residential complex, with villas starting from 400 square meters and equipped with advanced smart technologies for lighting, security, and climate control, ensuring a modern living experience that adheres to sustainability practices.

Ideally situated for accessibility, Al Ahlam District provides a private atmosphere while remaining conveniently close to public schools, private clinics, mosques, a main city mosque, a mall, and universities—all within a five-minute walk.

Al Bahri added, "Our goal is to enhance the quality of life by creating an integrated community with comprehensive facilities and amenities, embedding sustainability into every aspect of the project. We aim to encourage social interaction and build a cohesive community."

The district features pedestrian-friendly streets up to 16 meters wide, ample parking, well-lit pathways, and a five-meter-wide green corridor with seating areas and gardens. A community park includes a spacious shaded children’s play area and smaller gardens with picnic spaces. Additionally, the neighborhood offers illuminated walking and jogging paths, along with a dedicated bicycle track.

Each villa comes equipped with covered garages, barbecue areas, master bedroom balconies, and rooftop gardens, providing a unique lifestyle in the heart of Sultan Haitham City.

Notably, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning has recently signed agreements with several local and international real estate developers to construct six residential neighborhoods in Sultan Haitham City, with an investment exceeding RO 1.1 billion for the first phase (2024-2030). The “Dream Villa” initiative aims to develop Neighborhood (6B) over more than 33,000 square meters, featuring 47 residential units, further solidifying Sultan Haitham City’s reputation as a premier residential destination in Oman.
