Developed by Diamond Developers, a subsidiary of SEE Holding, in collaboration with the Oman Tourism Development Company (Omran Group), The Sustainable City — Yiti’s on-site construction is overseen by the Sustainable Development and Investment Company (SDIC). The achievement reflects the success of the rigorous safety protocols and operational standards implemented throughout the project’s development.

Covering nearly one million square meters, The Sustainable City — Yiti is set to become Oman’s first net-zero emissions community by 2040. The development will feature walkable neighborhoods, renewable energy infrastructure, wellness and sports facilities, retail and hospitality outlets, and educational institutions.
The project also targets 100% water recycling, complete waste diversion from landfills, and up to 80% food self-sufficiency, establishing a new regional benchmark for sustainable urban living.
