Special Analysis by Omanet | Navigate Oman’s Market
Oman’s significant 11.4% rise in refinery output, driven by sharp increases in high-octane gasoline and petrochemical production, signals expanding opportunities for energy and downstream industries. The surge in exports, especially of 95-octane gasoline and LPG, highlights strong export growth potential, while the decline in jet fuel production and sales suggests a need for strategic diversification. Smart investors should prioritize downstream petrochemical ventures and export-oriented energy products to capitalize on this evolving landscape.
