32 Omani Companies to Join Saudi ‘Biban 2025’ Forum: Boosting Cross-Border Entrepreneurship Opportunities for Investors and Business Owners
MUSCAT: Thirty-two Omani companies are set to participate in Biban 2025, an entrepreneurship forum taking place in Riyadh from November 5 to 8. The event is organised by Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha’at) under the theme “A Global Destination for Opportunities.”
The Omani delegation includes 20 startups showcasing their innovations within the “Startups Gate,” designed to connect Omani entrepreneurs with regional and global ecosystems. Additionally, 12 Omani brands will participate in the “Franchise Gate,” aiming to secure expansion agreements and establish high-quality partnerships across Gulf and international markets.
The participating companies operate in sectors such as artificial intelligence, mobility, technology, and telecommunications. These industries align closely with Oman Vision 2040’s strategic goals for private-sector growth, export development, and the internationalisation of small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
Biban 2025 is expected to attract delegates from over 150 countries, feature more than 200 local and international speakers, and host upwards of 1,000 exhibitors. The forum promises a vibrant environment for networking and investment opportunities.
A highlight of the event will be the 2025 Entrepreneurship World Cup finals, where 100 projects from 46 countries will compete for prizes totaling over $1.5 million, judged by investors and industry leaders.
