The police in South Al Batinah Governorate have arrested a vehicle driver in the Wilayat of Rustaq for transporting 15 individuals of African nationality, who are believed to be infiltrators. The driver attempted to conceal them from security authorities and facilitate their transportation to various work sites.

According to the Royal Oman Police (ROP), this act violates the law and undermines social responsibility in maintaining public order. It also clearly breaches both the Labor Law and the Foreigners’ Residence Law.

Legal proceedings are currently underway against those involved.
