- Business Listing Subscription Plans (e.g., Premium, VIP packages)
- Advertising Packages (e.g., banner ads, featured placements)
- “Best Of” List Inclusion Fees
- Event Listing Fees
3. Cancellation of Subscription Services You may cancel your subscription at any time through your user dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Monthly Subscriptions: When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current monthly billing cycle. You will not be charged for the subsequent months. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months.
- Annual Subscriptions: When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current annual term. No refunds or credits will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription.
4. Refund Eligibility Refunds are only considered under the following specific circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If you paid for a service that was not delivered due to a verifiable technical fault from our end, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. You must report this issue to

within 7 days of the transaction. - Billing Error: In case of a proven accidental double-billing or other billing errors, a full refund for the erroneous charge will be issued.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios We do not issue refunds in the following cases:
- You are not satisfied with the results of your listing or advertisement (e.g., number of leads, clicks, or views).
- You have changed your mind after purchasing a service.
- You forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- Your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
