They also examined opportunities for joint industrial projects in priority sectors and stressed the importance of increasing Omani exports to Belarus.<\/p>\n<p>Both parties highlighted the critical role of the private sector by advocating increased trade delegations and closer cooperation among investors, manufacturers, and suppliers to cultivate sustainable economic partnerships.<\/p>\n<p>Simultaneously, the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) hosted the Omani-Belarusian Business Forum, which gathered officials, business leaders, and private sector representatives to discuss investment prospects and reinforce bilateral relations.<\/p>\n<p>Faisal Abdullah Al Rawas, Chairman of OCCI, remarked that the forum demonstrates the shared resolve of Oman and Belarus to advance cooperation to broader, more diversified levels. He noted the forum\u2019s function as a key platform to transform strategic visions into concrete partnerships.<\/p>\n<p>Ryzhenkov highlighted the growing momentum in bilateral relations, fueled by high-level visits from both countries\u2019 leaderships, which have opened up new avenues for economic cooperation.<\/p>\n<p>During the forum, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between OCCI and the National Center for Export Promotion of Belarus. The agreement aims to enhance trade flows, exchange economic data, and promote joint investments in sectors such as halal industries, petrochemicals, engineering products, and IT services.<\/p>\n<p>The MoU also includes initiatives such as organizing trade delegations, business matchmaking meetings, and participation in major exhibitions like the &#8216;Belagro&#8217; event in Minsk and a technology forum alongside COMEX in Muscat.<\/p>\n<p>Data indicates that the total trade volume between Oman and Belarus reached approximately RO 374,800 in 2025, with Belarusian
