Milali said, &#8220;He did the only other option he had in front of him, which is a unilateral TACO.&#8221; He added that oil prices are expected to remain &#8220;structurally higher&#8221; for some time. Brent crude futures dropped 13.7% to $94.29 per barrel, while U.S. crude futures declined 16% to $94.93, yet both remained significantly above pre-conflict levels.<\/p>\n<p>European stocks climbed 4%, following strong gains in Asian markets.
