These initiatives aim to strengthen the sector&#8217;s competitiveness and foster sustainable development.<\/p>\n<p>Attendees reviewed the establishment of a defined employment framework for the sector, identifying potential replacement opportunities with a focus on prioritizing national professions. They also evaluated mechanisms for calculating appropriate Omanisation rates and proposed incentives to help companies stabilize and sustainably increase local employment.<\/p>\n<p>Additional topics included challenges related to direct employment and the potential for alternatives such as &quot;parallel employment.&quot; This concept encourages the use of modern technologies, including artificial intelligence, to optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance workplace health and safety standards.
