In support of local enterprise and inclusivity, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) may participate at a significantly reduced fee of RO 100, compared to RO 1,500 for larger firms.<\/p>\n<p>Tender documents are available until July 17, 2025, with bids due by August 12, 2025, via Oman\u2019s national procurement platform: etimad.tenderboard.gov.om.<\/p>\n<p>Phase one encompasses essential groundwork including grading, construction of internal roads, installation of utility lines, drainage systems, and supporting infrastructure \u2013 all foundational to the overall vision.<\/p>\n<p>Covering 470,000 square meters, Spray Boulevard will feature public markets, canals, performance areas, restaurants, gardens, and innovation hubs. Highlighted attractions include the Grand Market, The Square, Fountain Island, botanical gardens, elevated walkways, open-air theatres, and the rejuvenated Al-Murooj Amphitheatre.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the project will provide dedicated spaces for creative industries, cultural exhibitions, and environmental education.<\/p>\n<p>Upon completion, Spray Boulevard is projected to draw approximately 800,000 visitors during the Khareef season and an additional 200,000 throughout the year.
