The key components of this package include:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Cancellation of all fines and financial dues<\/strong> owed to the Ministry related to expired labor cards inactive for more than seven calendar years. Additionally, individuals and employers are exempt from paying financial obligations (such as the cost of a worker\u2019s repatriation ticket) for the year 2017 and prior.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Cancellation of labor cards<\/strong> that have remained unused for over 10 years, provided that their holders have not requested any related services. However, these cards can be reactivated under specific conditions, including renewal requests, departure, service transfer, or the registration of a work abandonment report.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Waiver of financial obligations<\/strong> recorded against companies that have been liquidated, contingent upon the repatriation of workers or the transfer of their services.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>grace period<\/strong> to regularize the status of workers and employers during which fines related to labor cards will be waived. Conditions for this waiver include:\n<ul>\n<li>Renewal of the labor card and payment of renewal fees for the next two years.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation of any work abandonment reports.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer of worker services.<\/li>\n<li>Payment of the repatriation ticket cost by either the employer or worker in cases of final departure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This
