Culture and Entertainment in Salalah. <\/p>\n<p>Organized in collaboration with the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the forum centered on addressing challenges in the labour market.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Mahad bin Said Baowain, Minister of Labour, highlighted ongoing efforts by the Ministry to enhance labour market development tools. He emphasized the support provided to private sector institutions and the various facilities available to businesses.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Baowain also discussed the Labour Law and related regulations designed to ensure market stability while aligning with global economic progress.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking as part of the Labour Forum 2025, he stressed the need to accelerate work processes in response to current challenges and rapid advancements that benefit markets and human resources.<\/p>\n<p>He underlined that <strong>human capital is the key driver of development and progress<\/strong>, noting employment initiatives spearheaded by the Ministry in close partnership with the private sector.<\/p>\n<p>The Minister acknowledged the growing role of the private sector in <a
