Typically, halibut Olympia consists of a fish fillet covered in a mayonnaise-based sauce, topped with cracker crumbs, and baked on a bed of saut\u00e9ed onions.<\/p>\n<p>Recipes for this dish have been featured in community cookbooks in Alaska since at least the late 1950s, often specifically calling for Best Foods mayonnaise.
