This program aims to enhance productivity, value addition, and regional expansion through targeted incentives.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative focuses on three main objectives: growth, diversification, and employment. It seeks to empower Omani companies to compete on a global scale, highlight successful local enterprises, and guide small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through a structured process of capability development.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To qualify as an \u201cExcellent Company,\u201d firms must be registered in Oman under the Commercial Companies Law (Royal Decree 18\/2019) and contribute directly to national priorities. This includes employing Omani nationals and adopting international standards, advanced technologies, and sustainable practices.<\/p>\n<p>Basic eligibility requirements include: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Being registered and operational in Oman with an established office.<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with all national laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Employing at least one Omani national.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting at least three of the specified evaluation criteria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Assessment Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The evaluation is conducted in two phases. The second phase examines digital transformation efforts, local content contribution, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. <\/p>\n<p>Verification of data is carried out through official government databases including the company registry for age and branches, Customs for export data, Ministry of Labour for workforce and Omanisation data, and the Tax Authority for audited annual revenues. Based on a composite score, companies are categorized by their growth stage and assigned an incentive tier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Growth Stage Categories<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Start-up\/Emerging:<\/strong> Revenues between RO 100,000 and 500,000; 10\u201350 employees; approximately 10% Omanisation; 1\u20135 branches; 5\u201310 years in operation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mature:<\/strong> Revenues between RO 500,000 and 3 million; 51\u2013200 employees; approximately 20% Omanisation; 6\u201320 branches; 11\u201325 years in operation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sustainable\/Advanced:<\/strong> Revenues exceeding RO 3 million; more than 201 employees; approximately 35% Omanisation; over 21 branches; operational for more than 26 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Companies are further classified into Category A, B, or C based on their total points.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits for Participating Companies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Participating
