Additionally, three partnerships were revealed for the Yiti Integrated Tourism Development: two mixed-use projects with VA Group and Aurelian Group, and a luxury resort under the globally renowned Nobu brand in collaboration with Enev\u00f3ria Development.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the <strong>Port Sultan Qaboos Waterfront<\/strong> in Muttrah, plans include a retail pavilion, a Heritage Hotel, and residential units complemented by a marina behind the Port Gate. This project is currently in the design phase, guided by a masterplan from London-based Grimshaw Architects.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, a partnership with the Oman Agriculture Development Company was
