expertise, and developing market infrastructure. The agreement was formalized during the Astana Financial Conference in Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n<p>The MoU was signed by Abdullah bin Salem al Salmi, Executive President of Oman&#8217;s Financial Services Authority, and Madina Abilkasimova, Chairperson of the Kazakh Agency for Financial Market Regulation and Development.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the agreement, both countries will collaborate to support the &#8220;Tawasul&#8221; platform, a regional initiative that links stock exchanges to facilitate cross-border trading, increase market liquidity, attract international investors, and promote regional integration.<\/p>\n<p>The MoU also commits Oman and Kazakhstan to exchange regulatory knowledge and conduct expert visits, support joint research and capacity building, and invest in human resource development to strengthen their legal and regulatory frameworks.
