It also includes a payment gateway, offering a seamless experience for both customers and owners.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He highlighted a common challenge in the sector: \u201cWhen an apartment is listed on multiple platforms such as Instagram and Airbnb, there is a high risk of double booking. UnderTheDoormat addresses this by managing inventory and calculating taxes. It can also integrate with authorities to handle verification processes like passport or ID checks. This information will be valuable to agencies such as the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism, providing demographic data to enhance marketing efforts.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Visit Oman has recently formed partnerships with several Omani travel technology platforms, including the \u2018My Ticket\u2019 platform for ticket bookings and tourist experiences, \u2018Yalla Pass\u2019 for event tickets, the \u2018My Events\u2019 platform, the \u2018Valu\u2019 app for hotel and chalet reservations, the Masarra app for rest houses, chalets, and apartments, and the Joula platform for tourist guides.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism has signed a contract with a national travel operator to develop and implement an integrated digital platform.
