five new projects in the first half of 2025. Four of these projects\u2014totaling over <strong>RO 1 million<\/strong> in investments\u2014are set to be developed across a combined area of <strong>14,000 sqm<\/strong>. This brings the total number of projects in Al Mudhaibi Industrial City to twelve, with a cumulative investment value of <strong>RO 11.6 million<\/strong>. These projects span various sectors, including oil and gas, food production, construction, electrical supplies, and home furnishings.<\/p>\n<p>Eng. Said bin Khalfan al Shabibi, Acting Director General of Al Mudhaibi Industrial City, indicated that infrastructure work is expected to commence within the next two months. &quot;The tender has already been awarded, and we are in the process of finalizing the contract signing procedures,&quot; he noted. The project will involve the construction of internal roads, utility networks (including electricity, water, internet, and sewage), fencing, main gates, facility buildings, employee offices, and Madayn\u2019s Entrepreneurial and Agricultural Complexes.<\/p>\n<p>Al Mudhaibi Industrial City, one of the latest additions to Madayn\u2019s portfolio, spans <strong>9 million m\u00b2<\/strong>, with approximately <strong>1.3 million m\u00b2<\/strong> designated for Phase 1.
