the Financing of Terrorism Law. Additionally, investigations revealed that CFI Financial unlawfully exceeded its licensing scope by marketing non-Omani securities without obtaining the required authorization. This breach violates Article (139) of the Executive Regulations of the Capital Market Law, in conjunction with Article (3) of the Securities Law.<\/p>\n<p>The FSA stressed that this decisive measure highlights its dedication to maintaining the integrity and fairness of Oman\u2019s financial markets.
