Expanding our Dry Bulk segment is integral to our growth strategy, and finalizing this deal allows us to meet increasing demand and enhance our service offerings.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The vessels are expected to be delivered in the first quarter of <strong>2026<\/strong>, significantly expanding the company\u2019s fleet of Dry Bulk Carriers and positioning it as a key player in the region. Each vessel has a capacity of <strong>208,000 deadweight tons<\/strong> and is equipped with an Exhaust Gas Cleaning System (EGCS) and a Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS). Additionally, the vessels feature an energy-efficient hull design and engines optimized for thermal and mechanical efficiency, ensuring compliance with International Maritime Organization (IMO) environmental regulations.<\/p>\n<p>In a separate announcement to the Muscat Stock Exchange, publicly-traded Asyad Shipping revealed that its commercial subsidiary, Oman Charter Company LLG, has signed a <strong>Contract of Affreightment (COA)<\/strong> with a global mining company for a <strong>10-year<\/strong> period.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Ibrahim al Nadhairi further noted, \u201cThis agreement enhances our longstanding relationships and service offerings to customers.
