Court across various governorates in the Sultanate of Oman, detailing their specific locations and jurisdictions. This initiative is grounded in Royal Decree No. 35\/2025, which created the Investment and Commercial Court and outlined its governing framework.<\/p>\n<p>Under the new arrangement, <strong>four appellate chambers will be set up outside Muscat Governorate<\/strong>, situated in Dhofar, Al Dakhiliyah, Al Batinah North, and Al Sharqiyah North.
