November, which would be three times the increase seen in October, as Saudi Arabia aims to reclaim market share.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Energy Information Administration, U.S. crude, gasoline, and distillate inventories rose last week, with crude stocks increasing by <strong>1.8 million barrels<\/strong> to <strong>416.5 million barrels<\/strong> for the week ending September 26, surpassing
