The initiative involves two adjacent plots in Wadi Kabir, covering areas of 5,722 square meters and 3,554 square meters respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The tender invites investors to construct a commercial building on Plot No. 184 and carry out development works on Plot No. 285. The building on Plot 184 will consist of two floors, each spanning 274 square meters, totaling a built-up area of 548 square meters. It will be equipped with a staircase, elevator, and emergency exits to ensure safety and accessibility.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, a rear building within the project will feature two floors of 1,422 square meters each, amounting to a total built-up area of 2,844 square meters. This structure will house 10 retail units per floor, each approximately 60 square meters, complemented by shared facilities including restrooms, staircases, elevators, and emergency exits.<\/p>\n<p>Plot 285 is designated for parking facilities, which will be designed with proper entrances and exits, pedestrian walkways, landscaping, and adequate lighting.<\/p>\n<p>The entire
