Key development contracts include RO 25 million for Neighborhood 8, over RO 240 million for Neighborhood 6, and consultancy agreements valued at RO 6 million.<\/p>\n<p>Al Jabal Al Aali in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate has also attracted substantial investment, with agreements exceeding RO 600 million. Notable projects include a 600,000-square-meter health district comprising residential units, hospitality facilities, and a five-star hotel.
