One operator mentioned that although sea conditions had generally been rough recently, the weather deteriorated unexpectedly.<\/p>\n<p>At the time of the accident, the boat was carrying 25 French tourists, a tour guide, and the captain. Rescue and ambulance teams from the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority swiftly responded to the scene. According to officials, three tourists were pronounced dead at the site, while the two injured individuals received on-site treatment.
