The average performance across governorates stood at <strong>80 percent<\/strong>. Notably, <strong>thirteen institutions<\/strong> reached an advanced level of digital proficiency, while <strong>36<\/strong> were rated above average, leaving no entities below the specified benchmarks.<\/p>\n<p>Among the standout institutions in 2025 were the <strong>Royal Oman Police<\/strong>, <strong>National Centre for Statistics and Information<\/strong>, <strong>Oman Investment Authority<\/strong>, <strong>Telecommunications Regulatory Authority<\/strong>, <strong>Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones<\/strong>, <strong>Governorate of Muscat<\/strong>, <strong>Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority<\/strong>, <strong>Ministry of Finance<\/strong>, <strong>State Audit Institution<\/strong>, and the <strong>Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Beneficiary satisfaction with digital services rose to <strong>78 percent<\/strong> across <strong>48 government institutions<\/strong>. Furthermore, digital transactions processed through the OmanNet e-payment gateway totaled <strong>45.85 million<\/strong> between January and September 2025.
