Since joining IHG in 2015 as Director of Human Resources at InterContinental Muscat, Al Rahbi has demonstrated strategic expertise, earning a promotion to Area Director of Human Resources for Oman, where he managed HR operations for multiple IHG properties. Driven by a passion for hotel operations and guest experience, he later transitioned to an operational leadership role as Hotel Manager at InterContinental Muscat. Earlier this year, he was seconded to Crowne Plaza Duqm on a task force assignment, quickly proving his strong leadership and operational capabilities.
In addition to his accomplishments at IHG, Al Rahbi is an alumnus of the Omran Group’s prestigious “Lift Program,” a national initiative aimed at empowering Omani professionals in tourism and hospitality. As a member of its inaugural cohort, he continues to inspire emerging talent throughout the industry.
