WLGA Middle East LPG Summit & Expo: Key Opportunities for Investors and Businesses with 2,000 International Participants
MUSCAT — The World Liquid Gas Association (WLGA) Middle East LPG Summit & Expo 2025, organized under the patronage of the Oman Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion (MoCIIP), will take place from November 10 to 11, 2025, at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre (OCEC).
Supported by the Oman Energy Association (OPAL), the event is expected to draw over 2,000 participants from around the world and feature an international exhibition showcasing more than 80 leading companies.
WLGA, headquartered in Paris, represents over 300 companies across more than 125 countries and serves as the authoritative voice of the global liquid gas industry. The association promotes the safe, sustainable, and innovative use of liquid gas throughout the value chain while fostering collaboration and advancing the global energy transition.
The summit will feature insights from experts across the US, Europe, and the Middle East. Major industry stakeholders sponsoring the event include the National Gas Company (NGC), Bharat Tanks Vessels LLP, and Ragasco.
Recognized as the largest LPG-focused event in the Middle East, the 2025 summit and expo will combine a high-level international conference with a world-class exhibition in Oman. The gathering aims to unite global leaders and stakeholders in the LPG sector.
Key themes will address harmonizing the LPG market in the Middle East, technology-driven growth, investment opportunities, infrastructure development, innovation, and trade.
James Rockall, Managing Director and CEO of WLGA, emphasized the region’s potential, stating, “The GCC can be the global advocate in advancing LPG for a cleaner, more accessible energy future. This summit will provide a premier platform for collaboration, showcasing the latest innovations, challenges, and opportunities in the LPG sector.”
A major highlight of the two-day event will be the official launch of the Women in LPG (WINLPG) Oman Chapter—the first of its kind in the Middle East. WINLPG is a global network with over 4,000 members across 15 national chapters, dedicated to increasing women’s participation in all areas of the LPG industry.
Organizers highlighted that this milestone reflects the growing emphasis on diversity, gender balance, and empowerment within Oman’s energy sector.
Rockall also noted, “The Middle East has become a pivotal hub for the LPG sector, with rising demand, export capacity, and investment transforming the region into a center for global LPG innovation and trade. By bringing together global leaders, innovators, and policymakers in Muscat, this summit will demonstrate how technology, inclusivity, and collaboration can drive sustainable growth both regionally and globally.”
The conference will include strategic discussions where global experts will examine pressing industry challenges and opportunities, including energy transition, innovation, and sustainable growth for LPG in the Middle East.
Specialized workshops led by WLGA experts will offer detailed insights into key trends and developments, equipping participants with practical knowledge and strategies. Delegates will also benefit from exclusive networking opportunities at OCEC, fostering meaningful relationships, idea exchange, and new partnerships in an intimate setting.
