according to its recent filing on the Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX).<\/p>\n<p>The company achieved a net profit after tax of <strong>RO 16.1 million<\/strong> for the three months ending March 31, 2026, compared to <strong>RO 11.4 million<\/strong> for the same period in 2025. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) rose to <strong>RO 51.8 million<\/strong>\u060c \u0627\u0632 <strong>RO 49.1 million<\/strong> a year prior, with the EBITDA margin expanding to <strong>67%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Gross revenue totaled <strong>RO 77.3 million<\/strong>\u060c \u067e\u0627\u06cc\u06cc\u0646 \u0627\u0632 <strong>\u06f8\u06f3.\u06f8 \u0645\u06cc\u0644\u06cc\u0648\u0646 \u0631\u0648\u067e\u06cc\u0647<\/strong> in Q1 2025. The company reported zero lost-time incidents and major incidents during this period.<\/p>\n<p>As part of its fleet renewal and expansion strategy, Asyad Shipping successfully completed the sale of four older LNG carriers\u2014Salalah, Ibri, Ibra, and Nizwa\u2014as well as one Very Large Crude Carrier (VLCC). Furthermore, two of three Newcastle dry bulk carriers were delivered under 10-year contracts.<\/p>\n<p>As of March 31, 2026, Asyad Shipping\u2019s fleet consisted of <strong>89 vessels<\/strong>\u060c \u0627\u0632 \u062c\u0645\u0644\u0647 <strong>77 operational<\/strong> vessels and <strong>12<\/strong> on order.
