Muscat: The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism (MHT) has emphasized the critical importance of complying with laws and regulations governing the tourism sector, especially those related to the organisation and operation of adventure tourism activities during the Khareef Dhofar season.
The ministry highlighted that all adventure tourism activities must strictly adhere to the provisions set out in the Executive Regulations of the Tourism Law, which oversee the licensing and management of various tourism operations.
It firmly stated that organising or conducting any adventure tourism activities without obtaining the necessary licences and official approvals from the ministry is strictly prohibited.
