Oman Participates in 15th GCC Economic and Developmental Affairs Meeting
Muscat, 30 April 2026 (ONA) — Today, the Sultanate of Oman participated in the 15th meeting of the Committee of Senior Officials of the Economic and Developmental Affairs Authority of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), conducted via video conferencing.
Oman was represented by Dr. Nasser Rashid Al Maawali, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy.
This meeting is part of ongoing efforts by GCC member states to enhance collaborative Gulf initiatives and strengthen the framework for economic and developmental cooperation. Furthermore, participants discussed strategies to advance the Authority’s functions in alignment with its strategic role in fostering joint Gulf integration, both economically and developmentally.
