KAZAN: The Sultanate of Oman participated in the opening of the International Economic Forum “Russia and the Islamic World: Kazan Forum,” coinciding with the official declaration of Kazan as the Capital of Islamic Culture for 2026.
The Omani delegation was led by Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali al Harthy, Under-Secretary of the Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs. He joined Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, at the Omani–Russian Business Symposium organized by the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
