L&T Wins Contract for Three Office Towers in Muscat

India's Larsen & Toubro won a building contract in Oman for three eight-storey office blocks in the Madinat Al-Irfan business park in Muscat.

Larsen & Toubro (L&T), the Indian engineering group, has won a building contract in Oman. Its Buildings & Factories unit secured the order, reported on 26 July 2025.

The project is an office complex in the Madinat Al-Irfan business park in Muscat. It has three matching towers, each with eight floors, above a shared two-level basement, with a landscaped central plaza between them. The work covers civil and architectural construction, MEP systems, interior finishes for the common areas, hardscape and landscaping.

Neither report gives the contract value. The client is not named in the Oman Observer text, but MEED links the tender to Omran, the tourism development company, which issued it in 2024.
